When the bistro invites itself to the château
Maison Alyette is the Domaine's new, highly assertive bistro.
Its name is a tribute to Alyette de la Sablière, the former owner of Château de Locguénolé, who devoted her life to the house.
The menu reflects Chef Yann Maget's philosophy of using local, seasonal produce from small producers who respect their ecosystem.
You'll be delighted to dine on classic French dishes.
It's a place that's accessible and relaxed, both in terms of the food and the setting. A gourmet, friendly and poetic interlude that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Located on the ground floor of the château, Maison Alyette boasts a magnificent panoramic terrace overlooking the clearing and the sea.

In addition to L'Inattendu, Chef Yann Maget has created the menu for La Maison Alyette. Maget, who won the MOF competition in 2022, has a wealth of palace experience following his stint at the Bristol. His menu is elegant and refined, just like the Domaine de Locguénolé. For our seaside restaurant in Morbihan, it was only natural to focus on iodised accents and marine flavours.
